Does it take a long time to build a home?

How long it will take depends on several factors:

  • Do you already own the lot, or do you need to purchase one?
  • Do you already have plans drawn up, or do you still need to work through the design process with an architect?
  • If you are working with an architect, how much back and forth is happening? The more there is, the longer this phase will take.
